Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for digital products and courses that have not been downloaded or accessed. Once content is accessed, refunds are at the discretion of the seller.

How to Request

To request a refund, go to your dashboard, find the purchase, and click "Request Refund". Or contact us at support@alphazsecurity.com with your order details.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your wallet or original payment method.

Exceptions

Digital products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds. Free content and bonuses are not refundable.
